Good mate of mine has been away from DJing for the last 5 or 6 months, but he's recently cracked and recorded this lovely mix for us here. Very nice solid hour. Many of you will remember his other mixes we have had on here previously.

Been a little while since I gave this a try, December was my last attempt, so March, being my Birthday Month I thought
Why not indeed.
I approached this mix with the illusion that it was longer than an hour.. meaning that If I was doing a 2 or 3 hour maybe longer
length set that I would start with some warmup tunes (start the mix at 118bpm), gradually build up to the tech house and more bassy tracks, before
absolutely caning it in the last hour or so with some pounding and a little bit out there techno, Ending around the 128bpm mark...
So basically my entry for this month is exactly that, squeezed into a nice concise 60 mins.
Mixed LIVE and in full, with no titting about on 2 unmatching ancient cdjs and mixer. To Be precise a Pioneer CDJ 800 and an 800mk2
with unmatching Numark 5000fx Mixer.
Had a great time selecting the tracks, burning the cds and recording this.
I wish everyone competing this month the very best of luck, and thank all at Decoded Magazine for the opportunity, not even just for me,
but for everyone who gets to submit and listen to a mix.
Thankyou and All the best for March.
Lots of Love
03.03pm (its a sign)!!
Thankyou all xx
Scatty is best described this mix. Its got everything in it and goes properly mental with the techno in the last half hour. Recorded live on Friday night...
Recorded live at the weekend.. Proper funky affair this.
Tracklisting is non existent as I used CDs and didnt write any of it down. #skills
Cheers and that
Mixed and recorded on 2 ancient cdjs in my kitchen last week. Novelty with this mix was there wasnt even a computer in the room which was quite amusing until I needed to utilise the kettle which wasnt really safe around all the dj stuff.
Also thanks to my mates Ivan and Bryan in both America and Jerusalem for having this mix premiere on their amazing minge sorry Binge radio night every sat on Saturo Sounds.
Anyway. Racket - My sort of all techno series now has it's 3rd part.
Hope you all enjoy.
Gonna try and keep this weekly mix going...
Episode 88 is here. Recorded LIVE from my show on Friday night just there.
Very rough this mix. Was very very drunk and it contains a fair amount of cheese. Next weeks episode though is all moody and dark as fuck techno so I find this to be a pleasing balance to all.
Also the Bowie track in here wasn't meant to be a tribute. I played it because its an amazing song, and it went down well in the set on Friday, Just seems a fitting tribute now to release this mix as it really does work nicely and proof that his music fit into just about any genre of set.
Lots of Love
Sorry this has taken so long to upload, Still can't quite believe this night even happened. Got to DJ at the pre party for the final ever night at Cream at Nation, with one of my all time heroes Mr Paul Bleasedale. Paul's hour begins from 3hr 55 mins in.
What you have here is the FULL 5hrs and 20 additional minutes I got after 10pm as the next dj wasnt ready..
You don't need a tracklist, every single tune in here is an anthem, proper house classics, and a bit of 90s techno and prog towards the very end. LIVE fully so a few mistakes. Its actually flawless til the 2hr 30 min mark where the vodka kicked in. The 3rd Birthday for this very podcast will be end of this month, so something very special lined up for that.
Would like to thank everyone who attended and everyone who arranged the night.
Also on a sadder note this mix I would like to dedicate to the memories of both John Milburn and Andrew Glaister who tragically never made it home after Cream this very evening.
Love to you all and all the very best for the new year.
Recorded LIVE tonight on Saturo Sounds. Ended up with an extended mix as some twat from Wigan went Awol and I had to cover... One of the best sets Ive done this year... Amazing stuff...
Lots of love
