Rare day in so I got shitfaced and went on the decks for just under 6 hours....

Nice chilled prog at the start then it kicks off to proper chunky house and techno towards the end,, rather happy with it.

Stopped the wrong deck at one point. Fuck it. I havent modified the recording. as is. Arsed. etc

love you all xx

4.5 hours of amazing tunes. few classics scattered around. Starts off nudisco, goes a bit techy then full on techno at the end. Starts at 118 and finished about 130 bpm.

Mixed on old school cdjs...

2 tunes I know of in here that are in twice. One was intentional and the other was a fuckup because I was shitfaced.

Thankyou to everyone who enjoys this, downloads it or shares it

Much love

Right part 2 of Gaz vs....

This one is a proper funky affair. Im on the first hour. Bit cheesy and some rather daring decisions. Arsed its going out as is.

2nd Hour is my mate Neil Craven who handles the 2nd hour with some glorious vocals, cheeky remixes and funky tracks.

Had a laugh putting this together, Thanks for the great reception to the first episode. This series will continue.

As with always Its not genre specific. Techno last week funky this week. Who knows next week.. smiley x

Big love

Start of a brand new mix series, and to be honest probably the new format for the podcast, as in 3 years ive never had a theme or stuck to any kind of format. So this is basically me vs my DJ mates. Fat Moby aka Simon Cox does the first hour, then im on duties for the 2nd hour..

Techno flavours aplenty here.

Tracklist for simons hour is Intro
Atfc – git yo hands up – original drum pass
Martin landsky – rejected – joeski dub
Mendo – don’t hold back – chus & Ceballos mix
Nicola assi – Saturday @Space
Carlo lio – technicolour – chus & Ceballos mix
Dosem – optimism
Ruben mandolini – inside me
Philip bader – break it down
Francesco tarantini – el jefecito
Eats everything – way past bedtime
Guti – el solitario – carl craig mix
Jon rundell – raven
Harry romero – magma
Ramiro lopez – push it
Kerrier district – techno disco – KinK mix

Tracklist for my hour, well I used cdjs and cant remember what i played. Its banging tho. xx

Thanks to the wife for throwing a quick flyer together.

Good mate of mine has been away from DJing for the last 5 or 6 months, but he's recently cracked and recorded this lovely mix for us here. Very nice solid hour. Many of you will remember his other mixes we have had on here previously.

Welcome Back Sean mate. Superb work

02 - Henry Saiz - "Dystopian"
03 - Mirco Caruso - "We Goin Deeper"
04 - Berg - "3000 - 3099"

06 - Dr Alfred & Henrike - "Drappet"
07 - ANOTR - "Mighty Kingdom"
08 - Mendo - "Don't Hold Back"
09 - Raffa EL - "Whisper"
11 - Berg Jaar - "Dome"
12 - Pleasurekraft - "There Is No Safe Word"
13 - Montel - "At Night"
14 - CMD Q - "Nine"
15 - Talking Heads - "Once In A Lifetime" (Remix that i'll disclose If I absolutely have to)

Been a little while since I gave this a try, December was my last attempt, so March, being my Birthday Month I thought
Why not indeed.

I approached this mix with the illusion that it was longer than an hour.. meaning that If I was doing a 2 or 3 hour maybe longer
length set that I would start with some warmup tunes (start the mix at 118bpm), gradually build up to the tech house and more bassy tracks, before
absolutely caning it in the last hour or so with some pounding and a little bit out there techno, Ending around the 128bpm mark...

So basically my entry for this month is exactly that, squeezed into a nice concise 60 mins.

Mixed LIVE and in full, with no titting about on 2 unmatching ancient cdjs and mixer. To Be precise a Pioneer CDJ 800 and an 800mk2
with unmatching Numark 5000fx Mixer.

Had a great time selecting the tracks, burning the cds and recording this.

I wish everyone competing this month the very best of luck, and thank all at Decoded Magazine for the opportunity, not even just for me,
but for everyone who gets to submit and listen to a mix.

Thankyou and All the best for March.

Lots of Love

Mixed and recorded on 2 ancient cdjs in my kitchen last week. Novelty with this mix was there wasnt even a computer in the room which was quite amusing until I needed to utilise the kettle which wasnt really safe around all the dj stuff.

Also thanks to my mates Ivan and Bryan in both America and Jerusalem for having this mix premiere on their amazing minge sorry Binge radio night every sat on Saturo Sounds.

Anyway. Racket - My sort of all techno series now has it's 3rd part.

Hope you all enjoy.

Gonna try and keep this weekly mix going...
Big love
